2. Thus, in view of the aforesaid submissions made by learned
counsel for the parties and in light of the order dated 02.12.2020;
Guru Kripa (supra), which was affirmed by Hon'ble the Division
Bench vide order dated 18.07.2023, these bunch of writ petitions
are also disposed of with the following directions as laid down in
the order dated 02.12.2020:-
