4. It is agreed that the present Settlement Agreement
shall be filed in Civil Suit being CS (OS) No. 361 of
2019 titled Dr. Vijay Singh versus Mr. Varun Singh
and others pending adjudication before this Hon'ble
Court and the suit be disposed off in the terms of
present settlement.
