2.2 That when the period of one year, for which the loan
amount was given had been completed, complainant contacted to
the above said accused and demanded for his money back. But
the accused requested to complainant andseeking for some more
time and due to his assurance complainant give him some more
time. That when the complainant again demanded his amount
returns back, the abovesaid accued issued two cheques bearing
no. 000378 dated 15.01.2019 for a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- drawn
on Bank of Baroda, Jheel, Delhi-110051 and cheque bearing no.
