In terms
of decision of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Pranay
Sethi (supra), the claimants would be entitled to Rs.16,500/-
towards loss of estate and Rs.16,500/- towards transportation
of dead body and funeral expenses including 10% escalation.
Thus, the claimants would be entitled for modified
compensation on the following heads:

17. It is well settled law that claimants No.1 to 4 would
be entitled to Rs.44,000/- each towards loss of consortium as
held by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Magma General
Insurance Co. Ltd. (supra) including 10% escalation.
