has further submitted that in the light of the
judgment rendered by this Court as reported
in 2004 1 UD 359, Unique Engineering
Works Vs. Union of India and others, the
sale of residential accommodation is to be
avoided until and unless the efforts to recover
the amount from other assets of the petitioners
is not exhausted.
