electronic evidence as has been held by Hon'ble the Supreme
Court in the case of Arjun Panditrao Khotkar vs. Kailash
Kushanrao Gorantyal & Ors. reported in AIR 2020 SC 1908.
Consequently, this circumstance was not proved as per law.
