7. The scope propounded by the Hon'ble Apex Court for
exercise of jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of
Criminal Procedure is well defined and one of the relevant
proposition propounded in a decision in the case of Google
India Private Limited v. Visaka Industries reported in
