Mohit and others) arising out of Case Crime No.158 of 2018, under Sections 147, 148, 427, 307, 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Gursahaiganj, District Kannauj, pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, District Kannauj on the basis of compromise dated 26.08.2023 entered between the parties.
