The submission made on behalf of the husband was that

Domestic Violence Act and the trial Court had allowed maintenance in

proceedings. It was urged that the income of the father should not have
been added to calculate the income of the petitioner and the ITRs had
been placed on record which are prior to the lodging of FIR and the
