5. Learned Counsel for the appellant has
placed reliance on the decision of Apex Court
reported in 2010 AIR SCW 370 (Sree Swayam Prakash
Ashramam and another Vs G Anandavally Amma and
Others). The Apex Court has considered the
principle of implied easement of grant in the suit
instituted claiming the right of easement.
