jurisdiction in view of provisions of RDDBFI Act and/or in view
of provisions of SARFAESI Act; does not hold water; when the
claim of plaintiff bank is well below Rs.20,00,000/-.

Facts and circumstances of the case above said,

different and distinguishable to facts and circumstances of the
case in hand; so the pronouncements in case of Radha Singh vs
Madhusudan Tulsyan (supra) are of no help to defendant no. 1
for getting suit of plaintiff dismissed.
