67. In an eviction petition, to show that the petitioners are having other
suitable accommodation, it is for the respondent to prove with sterling
evidence that there is suitable and alternative accommodation available
with the petitioners. Reliance is placed on Baldev Bajwa (supra).
Merely stating that the shops are in power and possession of the
petitioners will not suffice.
