No. 9648/2022, titled as „Omkar Nath Tripathi vs. State of NCT of Delhi & Anr.‟ Ld. counsel also submitted that the petitioner stands on a better footing than accused Omkar Nath Tripathi. Therefore, he be either granted interim protection or be granted anticipatory bail for the above reasons. He is still ready to extend cooperation, if protection is provided to him.
