6. Section 52 DP Act thus provides that in case there is no material
before the Commissioner of Police or the Administrator to form an opinion
for externing a person, the Court would interfere in the same and as long as
there is material before the Commissioner of Police or the Administrator the
sufficiency of the same cannot be gone into by the Court. Hon'ble Supreme
