Dinesh Kumar) arising out of Case Crime No. 86 of 2011 under Section 3/7 Essential Commodities Act, Police Station Kotwali Hathras, District Hathras, expeditiously, in accordance with law, without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of the order before it, in case the proceedings of the aforesaid case, is not stayed by any Court.
