At the very outset, Sri Ani Kumar Mishra, learned counsel representing the private respondents raised a preliminary objection regarding maintainability of this petition. He says that against the order impugned dated 08.09.2022 passed in revision registered as Case No. 2224 of 2015, Computerized Case No. C20151000002224 (Jai Karan and others v. Rajendra and others) preferred under Section 219 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 (hereinafter referred to as the "Act of 1901"), the petitioners are having the remedy of filing a revision under the statute itself i.e. under Section 219 of the Act of 1901.
