In view of the same, this petition is allowed as the offences
under Sections 457, 380, 427, 506, 148 and 149 IPC falls in the
category of the offences which can be compounded in terms of the Full
Bench judgment of this Court in Kulwinder Singh's case (Supra) and
of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Gian Singh's Case (Supra).
