Collector of Customs) (Full Bench) would not be required to be dealt with in view of my findings made hereinabove for the purpose of deciding this appeal. My Lord the Chief Justice in his judgment has elaborately dealt with the question of payment of demurrage for detention of goods in question as was argued by the learned Counsel for the writ petitioner-respondent. Since I entirely agree with the conclusion reached by my lord the Chief Justice on his point it is not necessary to go into this question once more in my judgment.
