Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case, without entering into the merits of the case, opposite party Deputy Commissioner (Food) Ayodhya Division Ayodhya is directed to proceed with the Appeal No.58/2019/Barabanki (Pramod Kumar Vs. State of U.P. and Others) and decide the same in accordance with law, by a reasoned and speaking order, as expeditiously as possible say within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is placed before him.
