Rationing Officer of Civil Supplies (AIR 1990 (AP) 340) and restore
the permission granted to Sri T.D. Dayal, G.P.A. of the petitioner Smt.
Lakshmi Suri in WPMP.No.6878 of 2016 in W.P.No.27522 of 2016 in the
interest of justice and/or pass such other order or orders deemed fit and
proper in the circumstances of the case.

33. Similarly a 3 Member Bench of the Supreme Court held in Raj
Kumari v. Krishna that pension is payable only to the legally wedded
wife of the deceased employee. Paragraph-15 of the said decision is clear
on this aspect.
