4. Thus, the impugned order is untenable. The suspension
has crossed beyond the period of 3 months and therefore, as per the
judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Ajay Kumar
Choudhary vs. Union of India and Others [2015 (3) CTC 119],
the order of suspension is to be revoked. The respondents failed to
consider the prolonged suspension of the writ petitioner and under
these grounds, the writ petitioner claims that the order of suspension
impugned is liable to be scrapped.
