Learned counsel for the respondents has placed reliance upon the
decision of this Court in Sukhpura Inter College (supra) wherein it has been
held that the Committee of Management whose election had been declared
to be illegal and invalid by the Joint Director of Education and whose term
of office had come to an end, had no authority to hold fresh elections.
