12. In the light of these facts and the law enunciated by the
Hon'ble Supreme Court in the judgments referred to (supra). We
are of the considered view that the continuance of the criminal pro-
ceedings would be an abuse of process of Court as against the appli-
cant. The situation squarely falls within the well laid down parame-
ters of judgment of Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of State of
Haryana & Others vs. Ch. Bhajan Lal & Others reported in 1992
