In addition to the above, learned counsel placed reliance on Hasmat Rai and another vs. Raghunath Prasad (1981) 3 SCC 103, so as to contend, that the events which transpired during the pendency of the proceedings, were liable to be taken into consideration for arriving at a final determination, whether the bona fide need of the tenant subsists, and it is only thereafter, that the eviction of a tenant can be ordered (based on the ground of bona fide necessity, raised by a landlord).
