21. It would also be appropriate to take note of the decision delivered by
the Apex Court in the case of Savithri Vs Karthyayani Amma, 2007 (11)
SCC 621 wherein it has been held that deprivation of a due share to the
natural heirs itself is not a factor which would lead to the conclusion that
