Insofar as the second prayer sought for before the
High Court by the writ applicants, namely the appellant
no.1/Union of India, shall take steps for fixation of
pay in accordance with the judgment of this Court
rendered in Union of India v. Virender Singh, passed in
Civil Appeal arising out of SLP(C) No.16442 of 2021.
