In such circumstances, since these writ petitions involve similar issues and the
petitioners are similarly situated and circumstanced as that of the petitioners of W.P.No.
23994(W) of 2015 and 283 other writ petitions, the same direction as issued in Amina
Khatun (Supra) by my judgment and order dated April 12, 2016 will apply to the
petitioners here.
