11. The Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of
N.C.Santhosh (supra) had also noticed that the
provisions were not challenged by any of the appellants
and therefore, courts were to render their verdict having
regard to the relevant provisions and so long as those
provisions are not challenged, the courts cannot consider
an argument contrary to the applicable laws.
