INTRODUCTION
(1) Three accused persons, namely, Asha Ram, Radhey and Ram Nath Yadav, were tried by the learned Sessions Judge, Barabanki in Sessions Trial No. 174 of 1992 : State Vs. Asha Ram and others arising out of Case Crime No. 13 of 1992, under Sections 302, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Mohammadpur, Fatehpur, District Barabanki.
