In view of the aforesaid submission, since the impugned order or action
is based on circular dated 23.4.2016 which stands quashed in the case

referred above, the present writ petition also deserves to be allowed with the
direction that the petitioner shall also be entitled to obtain the benefit of
revised pay-scale on completion of 8 years service including the services
rendered by her on a lower post or on the same post.
