23.As per PW9, the enquiries had showed that Jugal Kishore had
kept Ramsarup on over time duty without permission of any
senior officer. He further deposed that on the date in question,
there were three operators on duty in B shift and there was no
EC No. 01/2008 State Vs. Jogal Kishore & anr. 12 of 24
need to keep Ramsarup on overtime duty and that after 07.30
PM, only accused Jugal Kishore and accused Ramsarup (since
deceased) had remained at TLD pump duty.
