When the matter is taken up today, learned counsel
for the petitioners submits that in the light of the
judgment of the Division Bench of this Court dated
09.12.2011 in the matter of Hari Narayan Sharma vs.
State of M.P. passed in W.P. No.2726/2011, the
petitioner is entitled for pension. Learned counsel for the
petitioners prayed for a direction to decide the
petitionersâ pending representation considering the
judgment of the Division Bench.
