Midha in FAO No. 842/2013 dated 15.12.2017 and 18.01.2018 and remaining amount be kept in 24 FDRs of equal amount for a period of one month to 24 months respectively with cumulative interest without the facility of advance, loan and premature withdrawal without the prior permission of the Tribunal.
