It is the submission of the learned Senior Counsel that
as per the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court these
appellants are required to be continued till survival of the
scheme. If any attempt is made by the respondents to
terminate services of the appellants who were initially
appointed on temporary basis. It will be contrary to the
judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court In the case of State
of Haryana and others Vs. Plara Singh and others, reported
in AIR 1992 SC 2130. In the said case. Hon'ble Supreme
Court at paragraph No.25 has hell that:
