Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the case diary.
As per Kafiyat report, the applicant Kaila Bai has been shown as
absconder and the charge-sheet has been filed. Looking to the
aforesaid allegation leveled against the applicant, the fact and
circumstance of the case and without commenting on merits of the
case, this Court is not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to
