challenging the similar issue, filed before the Madurai Bench and
W.P.(MD) No.15593 of 2023 [Vinoth vs. The State of Tamilnadu and
others]and both the Writ Petitions have been allowed. Hence, it is his
contention that the present Writ Petition also to be allowed and non-
selection of the Petitioner has to be set aside and the Petitioner should be
appointed to the post. Hence, it is his contention that the Respondents have

misconstrued the rule and created division between the CRA candidates
with science in Higher Secondary and Candidates without science in Higher
Secondary Course contrary to special rules and violation of the orders
passed in the above Writ Petitions. Hence, it is his contention that Special
Rule contemplates CRA candidates with or without Science in Higher
Secondary Course to be considered as a single category for the appointment
to the post of DRA. Hence, the entire impugned order sought to be
quashed.
