As the effect of the "Kaseph Kiddushim" ritual is to consecrate the woman to the man and make the ritual of "Get" or bill of divorcement necessary before the woman could marry another, it would seem that the ruling in Benjamin v. Benjamin could apply to a case of "Kaseph Kiddushim" as much as to a completed marriage.'
