No.2, but in the appeal, the appellant (complainant) has not made Ravinder Bagga as respondent No.2, therefore the appeal is liable to be dismissed on this count. The learned District Forum has rightly dismissed the complaint of the appellant (complainant). The impugned order passed by the District Forum, does not suffer from any infirmity, illegality or irregularity, hence the appeal filed by the appellant (complainant) is liable to be dismissed.
