however informed that the area concerned is under the Borapani Reserve Forest
in the district of Nagaon. He has also informed that though at the time of filing
of the writ petition which was on 26.09.2025, there was some apprehension, in
the meantime, there has been marked developments inasmuch as, out of 166
nos. of petitioners, 114 nos. of petitioners have been served 15 days notice on

30.10.2025. Such notices conform to the requirements laid down by Hon'ble
Division Bench vide order dated 18.08.2025 in WA/251/2025 [ Abdul Khaleq &
Ors. Vs. State of Assam & Ors.].
