14. Having regard to the principles laid down by the Apex Court in
the case ofArulvelu (supra),Govindaraju (supra)andGhurey Lal
(supra), I do not find that there is any infirmity in the impugned
judgment and no grounds are made out to interfere in the
impugned judgment passed by learned trial court. Accordingly,
the present leave to appeal stands dismissed.
