Gian Singh vs State Of Punjab & Anr on 24 September, 2012
In the light of the judgments passed by Supreme
Court in the cases of Gian Singh v. State of Punjab
reported in (2012) 10 SCC 303 and Narinder Singh &
Ors. v. State of Punjab & Anr. reported in (2014) 6
SCC 466 and considering the fact that the parties have
decided to resolve their family dispute, this application is
allowed. The proceedings in Criminal Case No.7532/2014
pending in the Court of JMFC, Gwalior is hereby quashed.
