65. I am not inclined to accept the submission of Mr.Kumbhakoni,
learned senior counsel for the appellant that even if the further agreements were
not executed as referred in the said MOU, the said MOU had to be considered as
conclusive and final in the facts and circumstances of this case. The judgments
relied upon by the learned senior counsel in case of Jainarain Ram Lundia and
another (supra) would not assist the case of the appellant.
