The gift deeds have been produced by contesting defendants' including defendants 1 to 5. Merely because the parties remained in joint possession, it cannot be assumed that the gifts had not been accepted during life-time, as acceptance of the gift deeds can be considered to be valid acceptance, particularly when the donor, the donees are close relations and were living together.
