"Ms. Sujata Kashyap, learned counsel appearing
for the RCS clarifies that subsequent to the
decision in W.P.(C) 1403-14/2006 titled Rajiv
Mukhopadhyaya & Ors Vs. Registrar, Cooperative
Societies, objections raised in the letter dated
21.9.2006 (annexure -P5) do not stand. She, inter
alia, submits that it is still to be scrutinized
whether there are any Members on the waiting list
of the Society. We do not have advantage of
representation from Society today.
