4. It is the case of petitioner-tenant that after death of Teja Singh,
Sherry Mandeep Kaur Sahota daughter of Mohinder Singh had preferred an
ejectment petition titled as 'Sherry Mandeep Kaur Vs. Tajinder Singh'
claiming rent from the petitioner-tenant. In said ejectment petition, rent was
duly paid by petitioner-tenant and thereafter, the said ejectment petition was
withdrawn by Sherry Mandeep Kaur daughter of Mohinder Singh and son of
Teja Singh. It is further asserted that petitioner-tenant now another son
