The contention of the learned senior counsel for the
petitioners is that inspite there being judgment on the
subject in the case of Little Angels Shiksha Samiti Vs.
State of Madhya Pradesh and others (W.P. No. 2450 /
2012), the Collector has passed the impugned order dated
7/8/2015. It has also been stated that FIR has also been
lodged against the School.
