2. For the sake of convenience, brief facts of OA No. 488/2022 (Hanuman Sahai vs. UOI & Ors.) are taken up. The present OA, (OA No. 488/2022), has been filed by the applicant against the impugned notice dated 22.08.2022 (Annexure A/1) issued by the Additional Director, Central Government Health Scheme, Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur informing the applicant that the validity of the CGHS Card issued to him has ended in the month of November, 2022, as such, the benefit of CGHS will not be available henceforth and in case CGHS benefit is desired to be continued then application may be made for renewal of the CGHS card as per rules. The relief sought for by the applicant in the said OA is as under: -
