18. On 26.03.2018, accused Rohit Kumar was examined
under section 313 of Cr.P.C. and his statement was recorded. During
his examination under section 313 of Cr.P.C., the accused denied the
correctness of the incriminating evidence appearing against him
during the prosecution evidence. The accused stated that his father
does the work of plumber and he had done fitting work in the house of
the uncle of the victim. The uncle of the victim did not pay the labour
charges of the plumbing work to his father and when his father was
insisting to pay the labour charges, the uncle of the victim got him
falsely implicated in this case through the victim, otherwise he has not
done anything wrong with the victim. The accused further stated that
he had sustained injuries on his wrist because he had two moles on his

wrist and he was trying to remove them by a blade.
