Sharad Birdhichand Sarda vs State Of Maharashtra on 17 July, 1984
59. The circumstances proved on record are conclusive in nature and
fully satisfy the tests laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in
Sharad Birdhichand Sarda (supra). This Court, therefore, has no
hesitation in holding that the learned trial Court has rightly
concluded that the appellant alone was responsible for
commission of the offences in question.
