Approval of appointments of P.Udhaya Kumar and Balamurugan/Writ Petitioners,
have been made on 16.10.1997 and 17.10.1997 respectively. Both the
appointments have been made, based on the interim orders in W.P.No.6365 of
1997. The said writ petition along with others, have been dismissed, by a
